The TruSens Air Purifier Z-3000 Uv Replacement Bulb is an important part of the air purification system, and helps to reduce the growth of odor-causing microbes on the surface of the air purifier filter. When bacteria, viruses, and protozoa are exposed to the germicidal wavelengths of UV light, they are rendered incapable of reproducing and infecting. The indicator light on the air purifier glows red when its time to replace the bulb. The bulb is compatible with all TruSens Small Air Purifiers.
